  • Unused wallet balance (can be used for future calls)
  • Calls completed successfully without technical issues

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email support@zodastro.com with your registered phone number, transaction details, and reason. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. First Minute Free

The first minute of every call is free. If you disconnect within the first minute, no charge is applied to your wallet.
